Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams faces a new scam. A supplier allegedly sold polyester dupattas as pure silk for ten years. This fraud, involving crores, comes after a previous laddu adulteration row. The TTD has ordered an Anti-Corruption Bureau probe. The dupattas are presented to donors and VIPs, making this a breach of trust and devotional sentiment.
