An MLA caused a stir in the Maharashtra assembly by wearing a leopard costume. This was to protest the growing human-leopard conflict. Seven people were injured in a leopard attack in Nagpur the same day. The MLA argued for immediate capture of leopards in dangerous situations. He criticized the forest department’s ineffective projects.

The RSS chief further added that the “RSS is not competing for any power or influence. Sangh is for Hindus but that doesn’t mean it is against any other religion.”
