He clarified the issue is unrelated to past system malfunctions, emphasizing that the airline’s mismanagement caused the crisis. Naidu stressed that accountability is paramount, promising to set an industry example.

IndiGo’s operational crisis continues for a seventh day with over 500 flight cancellations nationwide, stranding thousands of passengers. The Supreme Court declined to intervene, acknowledging government action. The airline attributes the disruptions to crew rostering and internal planning issues following new pilot duty time regulations.
