Union Home Minister Amit Shah warned Bihar voters against the opposition Mahagathbandhan, alleging they would establish an “Apaharan (kidnapping) ministry” if they win. He contrasted this with the NDA’s promise to make Bihar flood-free and asserted that lawlessness would not return under their rule.
