Union defence minister Rajnath Singh issued a firm warning to China over the renaming of places in Arunachal Pradesh. He reiterated India’s readiness to retaliate if its dignity is compromised. Speaking at a public gathering in Namsai, Singh emphasized that altering names would not yield any significant outcomes. He highlighted that India would not lay claim to Chinese territories by renaming their provinces.
