A Jaipur-based businessman who once drove an auto-rickshaw to make ends meet has spent Rs 31 lakh to acquire a VIP registration number for his son’s new luxury car.

Haryana chief minister Nayab Singh Saini and Union Minister Kiren Rijiju have refuted Rahul Gandhi’s claims of widespread voter fraud during the Haryana assembly elections. Gandhi presented ‘H-Files’ alleging a theft of 25 lakh votes, including duplicate and invalid entries. Saini accused Gandhi of misleading the nation with lies, while Rijiju questioned the impact of Gandhi’s ‘atom bomb’ allegations.

After a fight, Pintu Ghosh abandoned his 10-year-old son at the India-Bangladesh border near Basirhat. Police rescued the boy and are counselling both parents.
