In a rare show of opposition unity, leaders of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) and the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) came together in Mumbai on Friday to protest alleged irregularities in the state’s voter lists.

BlackRock’s private credit arm, HPS Investment Partners, alleges a multi-million-dollar fraud by Bankim Brahmbhatt’s telecom firms. Lenders claim Brahmbhatt fabricated receivables used as collateral for over $500 million in loans. Brahmbhatt’s companies have filed for bankruptcy, and he is reportedly in India.
