A tragic bus fire killing 19 passengers was caused by the bus running over a skidded motorcycle. CCTV footage revealed the bike had fallen before the bus approached. The driver claims he didn’t realize he hit the bike until friction caused the fuel tank to explode, trapping passengers inside.

The landslide occurred around 10:00 PM on the national highway near Adimali. IMD has issued warnings of “heavy rain to very heavy rain” in Kerala.
