A Bengaluru surgeon stands accused of murdering his wife, a dermatologist, by administering a fatal anaesthetic overdose. Initially ruled an unnatural death, an autopsy report confirmed the presence of Propofol, transforming the case into a cold-blooded murder investigation. The accused allegedly attempted to conceal his wife’s death and prevent an autopsy.
