US President Donald Trump declared a “long and painful nightmare” over for Israel, announcing a Gaza ceasefire and Hamas disarmament. He hailed the unprecedented regional endorsement of the plan, marking a “historic dawn of a new Middle East.” Trump also praised Prime Minister Netanyahu, calling for his pardon amid legal challenges and celebrating the return of Israeli hostages.
