GST 2.0 Rates LIVE Updates: The new Goods and Services Tax (GST) rates have taken effect today, with many items, including daily food and essentials, as well as life and health insurance policies, becoming cheaper.

PM Narendra Modi conveyed Navratri greetings to the country. He described the festival as a period of devotion and courage. Modi emphasised the importance of ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ and ‘GST Bhachat Utsav’ during Navratri. He linked the GST savings festival with India’s pursuit of self-reliance. The Prime Minister urged collective efforts to achieve a developed and self-reliant India.
