The regulator has directed Vistara to comply with rules regarding facilities that need to be provided to passengers in case of denied boarding and flight cancellations and delays along with provisions for refund and compensation. This information also has to be given to the DGCA by Vistara. The regulator says Vistara is seeing flight disruptions “due to various reasons including crew unavailability.”

Yoga guru Ramdev came before the Supreme Court on Tuesday and apologised unconditionally for violating an injunction relating to false promotions of Patanjali’s medicinal products. The bench granted last opportunity to Ramdev and Balkrishna to file their affidavits in the matter in one week. The matter has been posted for further hearing on April 10.
