A 25-year-old nursing student was shot dead at a state-run hospital in Bihar’s Darbhanga, allegedly by the father of a woman he recently married.

Disaster swept through Dharali village in Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday after a massive cloudburst triggered flash floods that barrelled through homes, trees and vehicles, trapping dozens of people and leaving at least four dead.
