The ministry of external affairs refuted social media claims about India reviewing agreements with the US. This came amid trade tensions and tariff threats from US President Donald Trump. Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged Indians to support local products. He highlighted global economic uncertainty. Modi called for a nationwide Swadeshi movement. He emphasized national unity to boost India’s economy.

A Gurugram woman, Yashmeet Kaur, stabbed her live-in partner, Harish, to death after a dispute over his visits to his wife and children. Harish died during treatment.
