In Bengaluru, a 40-year-old rowdy element, Shiva Kumar alias Biklu Shiva, was brutally murdered in Halasuru on Tuesday evening. A gang of four to five assailants attacked Shiva in front of a hotel on Meanee Avenue Road. Shiva, a known rowdy sheeter, died on the spot due to severe injuries.
