At the 17th BRICS Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Prime Minister Modi urged decisive global action against terrorism, condemning the Pahalgam attack as an assault on humanity. He advocated for urgent reforms in international institutions, highlighting the marginalization of the Global South and the need for a new, inclusive global order.
