A 25-year-old man was found dead inside a lift after a massive fire broke out at a Vishal Mega Mart outlet in Delhi’s Karol Bagh on Friday.

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju and Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu attended the Dalai Lama’s birthday celebrations in Dharamshala, following a dispute between China and India over his succession.
