Speculation is rife that Raj Thackeray may be roped in as the fourth partner in the Mahayuti alliance led by the BJP in Maharashtra ahead of Lok Sabha elections.

The trailer of Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon – Part Two: Scargiver is out. Starring Sofia Boutella, Ed Skrein, Anthony Hopkins, Djimon Hounsou and more, the film is the sequel to Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire.

While the first film was panned by audiences and critics, the space saga continues with a follow-up film. The trailer picks up where the previous film ends, and it looks like an explosive ride full of action sequences set in space. Check it out here:

The clip also offers a peek into Kora’s (Sofia Boutella) clash with Admira Nobel (Ed Skrein).

The official synopsis reads, “REBEL MOON — PART TWO: THE SCARGIVER continues the epic saga of Kora and the surviving warriors as they prepare to sacrifice everything, fighting alongside the brave people of Veldt, to defend a once peaceful village, a newfound homeland for those who have lost their own in the fight against the Motherworld. On the eve of their battle the warriors must face the truths of their own pasts, each revealing why they fight. As the full force of the Realm bears down on the burgeoning rebellion, unbreakable bonds are forged, heroes emerge, and legends are made.”

Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver will release on April 19, 2024.

Karan Johar’s upcoming rom-com starring Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk has been making headlines for a while now. Initially titled Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam, the film now has its official title – Bad Newz.

On Monday, the makers announced the film’s title along with a teaser and a series of posters featuring Vicky, Triptii and Ammy. Check it out here:

Sharing the news, Vicky wrote, “Bringing in the only good news this Monday…and it’s #BadNewz! Expect the unexpected filled with masti, mazaa aur bohot saara confusion! In cinemas on 19th July 2024!”

One poster sees Triptii flanked by Vicky and Ammy while another sees them decked up in wedding ensembles. 

It is currently unclear how the film is connected to the 2019 film Good Newwz starring Diljit Dosanjh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani. 

Bad Newz will be released in theatres on July 19, 2024.
